WHAT IS CURVEIT’S RETURN POLICY?
Curveit is committed to providing the highest level of customer care. We gladly accept returns for a refund within 7 days of receipt. Please note that the return shipping cost will be deducted of INR 200 on all types of yoga mats and INR 100 on all other products.
Purchases made anywhere other than Curveit.in are not eligible for our return policy. Please note all items are subject to inspection, and the package may be returned to you if the guidelines below are not followed.

RETURN POLICY DETAILS
Curveit products have a 7-day return policy from the date of receipt. Product must be free from damage and dirt/marks.
The following returns are not accepted:
Our return policy does not cover damage caused by sun exposure (Yoga mats), improper use, or accidents.
If you have received a faulty item please contact us at curveit.order@gmail.com and include a photo of the defect, and we will provide a pre-paid shipping label to call the product back to our warehouse.

How Long Does The Refund Process Take?
Once your return is received at our warehouse, it will take approximately 5-7 days to process the return and refund your payment.
Please note all items are subject to inspection. If the returned items do not pass inspection, the product will be sent back to you. Please note that the shipping cost on the outbound shipment is not refundable. Purchases made anywhere other than Curveit.in are not eligible for our return policy.
